Project Description: The Shitoukoumen Reservoir, located in the midstream of Yinma River of Jilin Province, is a large-sized comprehensive utilization reservoir integrating flood control, waterlogging control, water supply, power generation, tourism and fish farming. In July 2010, the company won the bid for the Changchun Municipal Environmental Monitoring Central Station Shitoukoumen Reservoir Automatic Water Quality Monitoring Project. The project monitors five parameters of water quality (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, conductivity and turbidity), permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate, nitrite, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chlorophyll, blue-green algae, biological toxicity, copper, lead, zinc, cadmium, iron, manganese and other 20 indicators, and is currently the largest water station construction project in the company, even in the country, with the most complete projects.
