The company also actively establishes workstations with the enterprise science & technology commissioner and is an "exemplary base for the integrity of production, education and research" of Science & Technology Department of Guangdong Education Department. Moreover, Huali had a good cooperation with Wuhan University about building "Water Environmental Engineering Technology Research Center", built an alliance lab by cooperation with the "State Key Laboratory on City Water Resource and Water Environment" of Harbin Institute of Technology, a "sludge treatment and disposal engineering technology research & development center" together with the "Water supply & discharge key lab of construction ministry" of Huazhong University of Science & Technology, and a "Zhejiang University postgraduate practice base" in cooperation with Zhejiang University.
