Construction contents: the Na-Ca double base wet desulfurization process is used to treat the sulfur dioxide gas emitted from the 65t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and 20t/h chain boiler; and the electrostatic dust collector is used to treat the dust emitted from the 65t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and 20t/h chain boiler. The general contracting range of the company covers design, equipment and materials procurement and supply, transportation, warehousing, construction, installation, supervision and guidance, technical services, staff training, commissioning, trial operation, overall system performance guarantee, after-sales service, etc. for the whole flue gas desulfurization system and electrostatic dust collection system.
Construction effects: after the implementation of the project, the operation of the desulphurization and dust collection system is stable, and the treated sulfur dioxide emission concentration<200mg/Nm3, dust concentration<50mg/Nm3, meeting the environmental emissions requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the local environmental protection departments and enterprises.
