Huali Science & Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. won in the open tendering for the equipment procurement on September 16, 2008 organized by the Procurement Center of People’s Government of Luoyang Municipality of Henan Province for the upstream auto monitoring station of Luhun Reservoir of Luoyang Environmental Monitoring Station.

This monitoring station is the first surface water monitoring station at home to monitor the heavy metals like copper, lead, zinc and cadmium, etc., and such virulent chemical substances as cyanide, fluoride and arsenide, etc. on-line.
