Huali Science & Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. won in the open tendering of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Daqing Municipality, Heilongjiang Province for the overall construction of supporting environmental system with the environmental monitorying capacity on September 9, 2008.

The end objective of this project is to construct the key pollution source monitoring center of Daqing Municipality; establish the automatic pollution source monitoring data transmission network covering the whole city; realize the unitary networking and real-time data transmission of the key pollution source automatic monitoring site facilities and platforms of monitoring center; establish various software application systems of on-line automatic environmental monitoring information satisfying the national technical specifications and the actual demands of Heilongjiang Province and realize the integrated information management of auto pollution source monitoring, on-line environmental quality monitoring and emergency environmental commands.
