The company has built fundamental research and development labs, net integrated product labs, water quality comparison labs, flue gas comparison labs, physical and chemical labs, trace analysis labs, high and low temperature testing labs, mechanical vibration testing labs and pilot testing labs of products.
Fundamental Research and Development Lab
The fundamental research and development lab is mainly responsible for the development of the analyzer projects of surface water, sewage and flue gas, data collection and transmission equipment projects, and for the assurance of the conformity of the products with the national standard as well as the continuous improvement and updating of products to meet the different requirements of different customers. Wherein, the fundamental research and development lab is divided into three districts: electronic performance testing district, module performance testing district and integral testing district for effective implementation of product control of the verification of principals and the model machines and finished products to ensure the conformity of the products with the requirement.
Physical and Chemical Lab
The physical and chemical lab is equipped with a complete set of fundamental physical and chemical experiment equipment which can be used to carry out fundamental physical and chemical experiments to provide chemical solutions and chemical experiment verification for the research and development projects, strictly control the experiment processes and ensure the smoothly implementation of the research, development and debugging of the instruments. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experiment results through normative management, equipment operation by specially trained personnel, the usage of standard substances and strictly registration of every record and experiment report using the detecting method formulated according to national standard, industry standard and foreign advanced standard.
Trace Analysis Lab
The trace analysis lab is equipped with a Gas Chromatograph characterized by high sensitivity, high reproducibility and high analysis speed and used to detect and analyze the micro-components in the gas and volatile liquid and Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer. It is an instrument capable of detecting the particular elements which can produce fluorescence under the irradiation of particular light source and detecting the content of particular elements such as Pb, Hg, Cd, As and Zn in different substances through plotting of standard curves.
Water Quality Comparison Lab
The water quality comparison lab equipped with an electrochemical workstation, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and variety of portable water quality equipment, is able to achieve the detecting and comparison of all kinds of regular water quality and the detecting of electrode performance. The electrochemical workstation is used to control and monitor the change of current, potential and other electrochemical parameters of the electrochemical pool. The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer is used to carry out qualitative, quantitative and structure analysis of the substances by taking advantage of the molecular absorption spectroscopy of substances in ultraviolet and visible districts.
Flue Gas Comparison Lab
The flue gas comparison lab equipped with a pretreatment simulation test bed, continuous emission monitoring system of flue gas (YX-CEMS) and portable flue gas equipment, is able to simulate the site environment for the convenient debugging of the development personnel. Wherein, the pretreatment simulation test bed is used to simulate different situations of variety of the flue gas sites to choose different pretreatment methods to provide the theoretical basis for the actual situations.
Vibration and High & Low Temperature Lab
The vibration and high & low temperature lab is used to simulate the influence of instrument performance caused by different temperatures of instruments under different transportation and site environment. The vibration measurement instrument can simulate transportation vibration test bed to simulate the vehicle transportation vibration through revolving vibration.
