Product Introduction

YX-CODuv Online Automatic Analyzer adopts unique designed piping systems and optical detector. It has features of low failure rate, low maintenance demand, free of reagents pollution, as well as great cost performance. The anti-interference ability allows the analyzer to monitor wastewater with high concentration of chloride. It can be widely applied to the online monitoring of the total emissions of municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial process sewage treatment discharge, surface water, pollution source, etc.

Working Principle

It based on the ultraviolet (UV) absorption method. The light from UV light source is divided into UV-light and visible light by the narrow band pass filter, and through photoelectric detector to detect the light intensity, respectively. The detected signals are feed into the controller to calculate the concentration after filtered and amplified, which determine the degree of water pollution. Among them, visible light as reference light beam can be used to compensate the interference of the color in water samples and COD from measuring process.

Instrument has the advantages of simple structure, no chemical reagent in the whole measuring process, no heating, no chlorine ion and other ions interference and can measure the COD continuously, rapidly and stably, and no secondly environmental pollution.
