YX series Heavy Metal Online Analyzer is a latest heavy metal online analyzer which is based on the experiences of researching and developing online monitor for many years. YX series Heavy Metal Online Analyzer consists of maintenance-free sampling system, contact-free reagent-driven system, multi-port valve and capillary pipeline system, reactor, colorimetric measurement system, automatic control and data processing system.
The monitor used in municipal sewage, municipal water supply, industrial wastewater, industrial process control, sewage treatment and reclaimed water network.

Working Principle
Heavy metal water quality online monitoring system collected samples automatically by the sampling system, mixing the sample and color development reagent in colorimetric room, forming color complex compound after occurring special complexation in certain acid-base environment. Color complex compound contained characteristic absorption peak, detecting the absorbance of specific wavelength by the instrument’s photoelectric part, and then according to calibrating linear relationship, can be measured the concentration of heavy metals in water. The system can also increase the digestion device based on the requirement of customers, to realize the measurement of the concentration of heavy metals.
