Thought for Treatment
The industrial wastewater from the plant and drainage from various workshops are gathered into the water retaining grille ditch, where the mechanic grille machine will retain big suspended solids in the water, then it enters the absorbing well, then lifted by the lift pump to the regulation aeration tank, where the water volume and water quality is regulated, and in the meantime, submerged jet flow aerators will be used to conduct pre-aeration and remove certain organics from the wastewater. After aeration, the wastewater will be pumped into the distribution well of the tube sedimentation tank, and then it will flow into the tube sedimentation tank by gravity. A large amount of silt in the water will precipitate quickly, the effluent will enter the clean water tank, and then it will be delivered to the high-speed filter and active carbon filter through booster pump for filtration, where certain organics and small suspended solids will be removed from the water. Then, the effluent will enter the reuse water tank, and it will be pumped to the workshop for reuse. The retained sludge generated in the tube sedimentation tank enters the mud tank, and in the silt tank, the silt-laden water will be pumped into the concentration tank for concentration. After concentration, the sludge will enter the chamber type pressure filler for dehydration.
