System Overview
In the view of emission and control of heavy metal pollutants in flue gas, our company independently researches and develops the high-tech environmental protection product YX-CEMS-XRF Heavy Metals Online Monitoring System of Flue Gas. The system is based on the principle of dynamics. It could extract the flue gas of chimney discharge or flue stack through sampling system, and use membrane to enrich the heavy metal pollutants in the flue gas, then using X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology rapidly and nondestructively analyze the sample enriched on the membrane. It could accurately measure the concentration of heavy metal pollutants in the flue gas, which includes: Pb, Hg, Cd, As, Cr and other heavy metal pollutants.
System Features
Simultaneous monitoring of multiple elements: main monitoring Pb, Cd, Hg, As, Cr, Cu, Zn, Ni, Ba, Fe, Ag, Se, Br, Sb, Sn, Ti, Co, Mn, Zr, Rb, Mo, V, Ca, K, Tl, So (customized according to users’ needs);
Sampling and analyzing time: (15~240) min;
High reliability: the measuring principle is based on United States EPA IO 3.3 Standard;
High sensitivity: detection limits lower than 0.1 μ g/m3;
Real-time monitoring: flue gas only needs heat tracing without complicated pretreatment process, and with 24hours continuous automatic sampling, it realizes real-time continuous monitoring;
Easy to maintenance: the whole system is stable, and there is no chemical reagent, no waste liquid, and maintenance period is long.
