Technical Introduction

Process Introduction
The dust contained in flue gas is filtered out when passing filtration material (the filtration material captures coarse dust by mainly depending on the action of inertia collisions, captures fine dust by mainly relying on the action of diffusion and screening). During the operation of the bag type dust remover, it is very important to control the speed of flue gas passing through the filtration material (filtration speed), generally 0.5-2m/min; the fine particles of more than 0.1µm can get at 99% or more, and the resistance loss of the equipment is about 980-1470Pa.
Process Features
● Adopt worldwide advanced omnilateral inlet mode or the combination of side inlets and bottom inlets, unique air flow distribution to make sure of the uniform layout of air flow, separates large-diameter particles, decreases filtration bag load and prolongs the service life of the bag.
● Adopt Φ160 filtration bag, and cancels traditional Venturi tubes, thus effectively reducing resistance; filtration bag quantity is less for processing the same flue gas volume, convenient for large-scale design and manufacturing of bag dust remover.
● Convenient fixing of the bag, free from leakage and falling off, easy to install and dismantle.
● Adopt automatic computer optimized type selection, revises pulse dust cleaning structure design and parameters by reference rich practical experience of the company, guarantees the balanced dust removal in all bags of the dust remover, featuring high dust removal capacity, low operating resistance, saving compressed air sources and fan energy consumption.
● Conveniently select online or offline dust removal according to different working conditions, realize non-stop online overhaul.
● Filtration material uses high quality imported materials (PPS, polyphenylene sulfide, waterproof & oil-proof chemical treatment), fit for flue abatement and dust removal requirements for different working conditions in conjunction with high-efficiency dust removal system, emission concentration up to ≤30mg/Nm3, the service life of filtration bag (for normal use) is over 3 years.
