Product Introduction

Adopting 40KHz high-effect ultrasonic sensor and combining with ultrasonic echo measuring distance method, digital display, microcomputer processing and other technologies, the YX-ULM integral/integrated ultrasonic water level gauge automatically measures the water level, temperature, distance and gives alarms. With stable performance and strong ability to resist interference, it can operate in severe environments. It is widely used in industries such as hydrology, water conservancy, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile and pharmacy.

Working Principle

After the probe sends out ultrasonic waves, by using the directivity and reflectivity of the ultrasonic wave, the sensor receives the sound waves from the reflecting surface and calculates the send and return time of the sound wave, then the vertical distance from the probe plane to the reflecting surface (barrier) can be calculated.

●The sensor is ABS shell, a fully sealed structure, no pollution, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, can long time run stably in the wet environment;
●Adopting the independent research and development of a band-pass filter circuit and professional design horn reflecting surface, it effectively reduces the beam angle to less than 15°. Special window comparator can shout the monitor echo time into 1/ 4cycle, effectively improve the measuring range and accuracy;
●Sensor and the host used the RS485 differential transmission, the maximum transmission distance can reach 2km;
