Technology Overview
The methods to treat sludge are mainly landfill, burning, composting and land utilization and so on. To realize proper treatment of sludge, drying and dehydration must be performed on it. The traditional dehydration method for sludge has problems such as high investment and operation costs as well as low dehydration efficiency. Our powerful company works together with the powerful Huazhong University of Science and Technology to implement deep coordination, research and development of a sludge drying technology, which can realize the deep dehydration of sludge and which has advantages such as small investment, few additive amounts of drugs and low operation cost.
Process Introduction
The sludge in the thickener is sent by the sludge pump to the regulating drum, in which the inorganic complex conditioner is added to regulate the sludge, so as to reduce the sludge’s specific resistivity and improve the sludge dehydration performance. The regulated sludge is transferred to the high-pressure diaphragm pressure filter by the screw pump for dehydration, and finally forms sludge cakes with low water content to effectively realize the deep drying and dehydration of the sludge. The filter liquor slurry returns to the liquefying unit for liquefying while the other part directly returns to the sewage treatment for treatment.
Technology Characteristics
(1) The deep treatment technology of sludge is highly combined with sewage treatment technology, which reduce the load of the sewage treatment factory.
(2) The sludge is directly dried, so it has low water content and the following treatment load is reduced;
(3) The additive amount of inorganic complex conditioner is small and the operation cost is low;
(4) The inorganic complex conditioner does not have components such as heavy metal and chloride ion, which is good for the subsequent disposal of sludge drying;
(5) The main components of the inorganic complex conditioner are industrial solid waste or natural substances, which generates low carbon and which is environmentally friendly;
(6) The whole set of the system is automatically controlled, and easy to operate and manage.
