System Overview

In order to solve the problems of domestic flue gas denitration monitoring such as high temperature, high dust, high moisture, strong corrosion and special gas, our company independently researches and develops the Denitration Flue Gas Emission Continuous Monitoring System. It provides a good solution for denitration industry’s flue gas continuous monitoring, and also it provides data basis for escape ammonia and catalytic efficiency in denitration technology.

YX-CEMS Denitration Flue Gas Emission Continuous Monitoring System adopts direct extraction method to sample and non-dispersive infrared absorption method to measure concentrations of pollutants in flue gas, including NOx and other flue gas compositions. It could use the tunable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLAS) to measure the concentration of NH3. Pitot tubes, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, humidity analyzer and zirconia oxygen analyzer are installed to measure flue gas parameters. It makes use of Industrial Personal Computer, PLC and CEMS monitoring software system to collect and process data, to conduct real-time monitoring, to generate diagrams and reports, to realize the function of system control.

System Features

High Precision Measurement and Strong Environmental Adaptability

NOx and other conventional factors adopt non-dispersive infrared absorption method to measure. Through sampling system to sample, the flue gas through condensing, filtering and other pretreatment processes to remove the interference of dust, moister, and background gas, which makes high precision measurement.

NH3 and other characteristic factors adopt tunable diode laser spectroscopy to measure. Without background gases’ cross interference, without samples’ pretreatment, it could measure directly. Removing the effect of dust and moisture on measurement, it doesn’t need correction technology-the system without drift, which makes high precision measurement.

Multi-point Measurement

NH3 analyzer system adopts fiber distribution technology, and the separation distance could reach 1000m, which realize one host of multi-point real-time monitoring (max 16 points). It is suitable for multi-point NH3 escape monitoring.

Easy Maintenance

The whole system adopts the design of modular structure, which makes it easy to replace device, to operate and to have low cost maintenance.
