System Overview

YX-OCMS Condition Monitoring System of Pollution Discharge Process is a set of management system which can improve the automatic monitoring level of pollution sources, and realize the extended from “point terminal monitoring” to “whole process monitoring”. Based on the existing automatic monitoring of pollution sources, and through the important processing parameter’s acquisition of the pollution’s producing, treatment and emission process, the system build its relationship with the pollution sources emission data, so as to determine the reasonableness of the pollution sources emission data, and supply support for the total amount accounting, pollution monitoring and pollution charges. The system is a set of management system that consolidates the existing construction achievement of pollution sources automatic monitoring. The system is suitable for the condition monitoring of a variety of thermal power plants and sewage plant’s pollution sources emission process.

System Structure

The system consists of two parts: the condition monitoring of field-end pollution emission process and center-end monitoring platform.

Field Terminal Monitoring Device:

The field terminal process condition monitor consists of three subsystems: monitoring subsystem, acquisition and transmission subsystem and application software subsystem.

1、Monitoring subsystem: through a variety of data monitoring means, it can get accurate and complete pollution source process data on line.

2、Acquisition and transmission subsystem: it is responsible for the functions of field data’s acquisition, storage, and transmission, etc.

3、Application software subsystem: through the field pollution source process monitoring system software, it can realize the functions of process monitoring, data review, abnormal alarm and trend of early warning. Using the online monitoring data correlation model analysis to statistic the status of the pollution control facilities running.

Center-end Monitoring Platform

Center-end monitoring platform contains the process monitoring system of pollution source center-end. It can accept system information from multiple sites and realize the functions of site’s data summary, alarm management, correlation model analysis, etc. According to the actual status of environmental management, the system can expand in the view of the sewage charges, the total amount approving, the emission trading and other business needs.
