System Overview

The YX-TPMS Card Total Pollutant Control System is designed for the effectively controlling of the total pollutant emission. The system adopts advanced automatic control technology, intelligent IC card technology, wireless communication technology, remote control technology, and database technology. Combined with online monitoring data, the system is developed as a set of monitoring system with intelligent IC card to control total pollutant emission. Through the preloaded, the pollution emission firm can input the obtained emission quota to the IC card, the firm must punch the IC card to discharge pollution, and when the quota is not enough, the system will alarm to recharge; when the quota is used up, the system will close the firm’s outlet through the intelligent valve. At the same time, the firms can trade the pollutant emission quota according to their emission status. The system provides scientific basis for the effective supervision of the firm’s pollution behavior, which makes the controlling of total pollutant emission into the track of real-time measuring and visible emission reduction.

System Composition

The system consists of monitoring platform, monitoring device and on-site device.

The monitoring platform refers to the functions of platform website design, total pollutant emission’s data display, IC card recharge, remote control, etc.

Monitoring device: Site card total pollutant emission control device is the core part of the system. The device mainly refers to the functions of site data acquisition, data statistics, card billing, valve control, video transmission, UPS power supply, etc.

The on-site device is composed of COD, ammonia nitrogen, flow meter, video and electric valve. The data provided by the device is collected and processed by the Card Total Pollutant Control System.

System Features

Through the monitoring of comprehensive index of firm emission flow, COD, ammonia nitrogen, pH value, and the supporting of the gate automation opening and closing device to realize reasonable rigid control of the firm’s emission. At the same time, this is the important technical support for implementing emission permit system and developing emission quota trade;

With a variety of prepaid modes (online direct recharge, IC card recharge), it saves a lot of manpower and time;

The system can set on the emission permitted value to control the firm’s emission, and the function of emission quota trade can be extended;

With the SMS platform and the internal information management function, the system can send SMS or internal message to remind the polluters to pay emission charges, and the current balance can be queried through the SMS;

Integrating the video surveillance, real-time data interaction, power-off automatic alarm function, the system can find field failure or artificial damage in time;

Integrating data acquisition and transmission instrument function, the system reduces the equipment’s investment;

Based on web, system monitoring center platform is a multi-functional open network system. Compatible with the existing automatic online monitoring platform, the center platform makes it easy for all levels of network monitoring and collaborative management;

With the effectiveness data automatic diagnosis function, the system can automatically diagnose the abnormal data of COD and ammonia nitrogen, and through automatic retention samples to prevent the abnormal data affect the deduction;

With the offline data automatic protection function, the data will automatically recovery after the system online;

The site/field equipment with its own database can generate reports and reconciliation with platform;

Using intelligent valve control fault automatic detection technology, the system can realize implementation for automatic recovery function, and the system’s automatic control operation will be safer.
