System Overview

YX-IODS Intelligent Oil Gathering Monitoring System can be utilized in monitoring the oil flow direction effectively, standardizing the waste oil collecting process, and assisting the government in preventing “drainage oil” from returning to the dining table. Therefore, it protects the food’s safety and the public rights to a certain degree. Meanwhile, it provides more visualized, convenient and effective way to monitor and control “drainage oil” for the government. This system is mainly applied in the collection and monitoring of various animal and vegetable oils in the catering industry and mineral oil in the industry.

Working Principle

The system consists of two parts: Front-end Intelligent Oil Gathering Device and Monitoring Center Platform.

Front-end Intelligent Oil Gathering Device: mainly consists of sealable oil gathering box and intelligent module such as GPS/GPRS and RFID. It can achieve wireless transmission, GPS satellite positioning, moreover, GFID technology can mark every oil gathering bucket and enter information.

Monitoring Center Platform: can realize the displaying of the front-end signal, the detailed information, and the transporting positions on the platform through the internet. Moreover, it can provide historical data, and generate reports by the statistical information.
