System Overview

The Monitoring and Management System software of Water Resource and Environment is a set of unattended and 24h continuous working monitoring system, which is developed by Huali for the water conservancy department. The software takes Windows XP as its system running platform, and it adopts structured and network design principles, which can realize real-time continuous and remote monitoring of the water quality. It can timely analyze the measured values of the monitored parameters, and then the monitored results and the warning information will be displayed to the users or uploaded to the superior management department for the final analysis results of water quality. It is convenient for the water conservancy department to master the water quality conditions of rivers, lakes and other key sections; to predict and warn major or basin water pollution accident; to solve the across administration area’s water pollution accident disputes; to supervise the implementation of total amount control system and emission standard’s status; and to realize other purposes.

The system mainly includes: water collecting unit, water distribution unit, water quality’s parameter measurement unit, automatic controlling unit, data processing and transmission unit.
