System Overview

YX-CEMS is a new generation of flue gas continuous monitoring system, which uses the advanced technology in the world, adopts laser transmission method or backscattering method to measure flue gas concentration, heat pipes to conduct complete sampling and non-dispersive infrared absorption method to measure concentrations of pollutants in flue gas, including SO₂, NO_x, CO, CO₂ and other flue gas compositions. Pitot tubes, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, humidity analyzer and zirconia oxygen analyzer are installed to measure flue gas parameters. It makes use of Industrial Personal Computer, PLC and the software system developed independently by Huali to collect and process data, conduct real-time monitoring, generate diagrams and reports as well as control the system operation.

According to the application environment YX-CEMS system is divided into ordinary type and explosion-proof type.
