YX-USRFS liquid (matter) level meters are a new type of ultrasonic liquid (matter) level meter with automatic power adjustment, grain control and temperature compensation functions developed by the company. With an industrial SCM featuring excellent performance, high reliability and super strong operational capability as its control core, and in conjunction with advanced detecting and signal processing technology, the product can guarantee fine working performance in complicated environmental conditions.

Working Principle

As shown in the figures, the probe emits ultrasonic waves outwards. By means of the directivity and reflectivity of the ultrasonic wave, the sensor can receive the waves from reflecting surfaces and calculate the round trip time t of the wave, in this way obtaining the vertical distance from the probe plane to the reflecting surface (obstacle).
