System Overview
Compared to the flue gas of traditional coal-fired boiler, waste incineration flue gas has characteristics of high dust, high moisture, high pollution and high corrosion. The flue gas contains HCl, HF, SO2 and other high corrosive and water-soluble gases, which put forward higher requirements for instrument’s material, such as the monitoring system’s sampling, pretreatment, and analyzer. Especially HCl and HF could soluble in water to form strong acid, which has high corrosion to pretreatment system.
YX-CEMS Waste Incineration Flue Gas Emission Continuous Monitoring System Adopts high temperature heating gas extraction technology (heat and wet extraction method) to measure the pollutant concentration in flue gas, which includes HF, HCl, NH3, NO, NO2, N2 O, SO2, CO, CO2, H2O, HCHO and other gases. And it could be equipped with oxygen analyzer and total hydrocarbon analyzer (FID). The system is widely used in the field of municipal solid waste incineration power generation, medical waste incineration treatment, hazardous waste incineration treatment and other flue gas online continuous monitoring system.
System Features
●Efficient anti-corrosion and anti- blocking
Since entire system operates under the high temperature of 180 ℃ which is higher than the dew point temperature of the flue gas (acid), there are no data deviation and analysis system corrosion caused by moisture condensation. And the system can not be jammed by unknown solidification of high boiling point.
●High Precision Measurement and Strong Environmental Adaptability
The whole analysis process adopts high temperature heating to avoid the influence on measurement accuracy caused by moisture;
The system uses Fourier-transform spectroscopy technology. Compared to traditional IR and UV analyzers, it has better environmental adaptation ability for high temperature, high dust, high humidity, strong vibration, and other harsh environment. It has higher precision measurement and the system runs more stable.

Dust filtering, sampling and blowback operation under high temperature to improve efficiency and prolong the free maintenance time, which strengthen the system’s reliability;
The whole system adopts the design of modular structure, which makes it easy to replace device, to operate and to have low cost maintenance.
