System Overview
With the increasing intensification of state regulations on the emission of atmospheric pollutants from thermal power plants, in order to enhance regulation on pollution sources as well as to realize control of total emissions of pollutants and further conduct better monitoring and management of gas pollutants from thermal power plants, the company has developed the Desulfuration Efficiency Monitoring System for thermal power plants. This platform is a comprehensive platform. This system has adopted programmable logic controllers (PLC) or DCS which are the most popular platforms in the international industrial field as hardware platforms, and it has adopted industrial configuration software with various functions as the software platform. With modular design and redundancy configurations, the system has high reliability; it is based on the MS-Window NT/2000 or a more recent platform, which meets the IEC1131 international standard and is easy to learn and use. The system network adopts a multi-level structure and the network provides multiple standard interfaces, which provide a perfect solution to efficiency monitoring and control of equipment operation during the desulfuration process.

●Supporting communications by RS232, RS422, RS485, radio, telephone dial, round robin, Ethernet, CDMA, mobile GPRS, GSM network and other ways and equipments;
●Supporting off-line diagnosis, can diagnose whether the normal communication under environment development;
●Supporting remote channel redundant communication in large SCADA system;
●Power-off protection and automatic restoration, the historical data, calibrated slope and set parameters are not lost after the power recovery.
