System Overview
The YX-EEMS Environmental Emergency Monitoring car is a mobile emergency command platform which integrates emergency monitoring, information processing, decision support, communication and command. Based on the design concept of comprehensive enhancing emergency response efficiency, it can realize continuous real-time monitoring the daily pollution status of air and water environment, as well as the accidental pollution incidents. It can not only quickly complete the unknown substance’s qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also rely on the pollutant dispersion modeling system, dangerous goods database, emergency response plans system to quickly and accurately grasp the degree of pollution incidents, and give timely respond, decision-making and command to ensure the capabilities and efficiency in handling the environmental polluted accidents.
