The operation of environmental control projects (flue gas dust-removing and de-sulfurization, flue gas de-nitrification, waste gas control, sewage control, solid waste control, etc.) separates the operation rights and the ownership of the environmental control projects. Under the condition that the ownership is possessed by the pollution reduction enterprise, it entrusts a professional environmental protection company to assume their investment, construction, operation, maintenance and routine management for the environment control facilities and to complete the emission reduction task specified in the contract.
