System overview
The Environment Video Monitoring System comprises front-end data acquisition, a monitoring centre, end user client, etc. The front-end data acquisition uses an ultra-low light high definition camcorder to carry out long-distance real time video monitoring over various pollution sources in the urban area; the monitoring centre uses a DDNS video monitoring server to carry out digital processing of the video signal within the area, complete all functions of the digital monitoring system, including recording, playback, retrieval, etc., implement the gas chroma analysis of flue gas pollution sources, discharge capacity analysis of water pollution sources, meteorological tracking of air quality, thus making emergency commanding and integrated emergency response to the front-end information; the users client end software carries out all-around control of the front-end devices, traces the key pollution sources, collects alarm information uploaded by the front-end devices and inquires the required video for the related environmental protection law enforcement.
System function
System managers may use the client software on any computer with internet access to, after being authorized, log on to the system to view the front-end image in real time, and view the alarm signal from the front-end and make corresponding environmental protection law enforcement response;
Managers of the back-end control centre can control the up/down and left/right movements, zooming, etc. of the front-end high magnification camcorder and integrated camcorder to make the monitoring range wider and clearer, thus fully control the emission of pollution source within the monitoring range and the air image analysis;
With the capability of remote infrared monitoring at night, it can more efficiently monitor such illegal behaviors as secretly emission at night, thus making in-time integrated environmental emergency response and strengthening the deterrence of the environmental protection monitoring;
It allows you to set security authority. It provides different users with different authorities, including supervision and check, control, browsing part of images, etc. to implement secure precautionary management; it encrypts the video information to implement corresponding environmental information confidentiality.
