System introduction

Huali Hazardous Waste Management System unified manages the hazardous waste, including the hazardous waste list issued by the State Environmental Protection Ministry, the local existing hazardous waste list, physical and chemical character of hazardous waste, hazardous waste’s disposal method and technical specification, hazardous waste’s storage management and transportation, the transportation unit’s qualification and vehicles, the staffs engaged in hazardous waste’s management and transportation, and the technical ability management, etc.

System Features

The system adopts modularized design of software engineering. All the subsystems have XML interface, which is convenient for the combining of different system platforms and the calling of other software interfaces. The system realizes the greatest degree of code reusing, reduces the workload of duplication developing and improves the working efficiency.

The system uses B/S design, so that the operator can input by browser, and can inquire the information which is wanted to aware from the hazardous waste enterprises and hazardous waste.

Quick use and easy maintenance, the system’s operations are all based on Windows interface. Only simple training is needed for the operation. Data display and data call are completed by background software without manual intervention. And the system can realize the hazardous waste daily management by electronic forms management, transportation monitoring management, enterprise management, personnel vehicles management.

EP data engine function contains data interface layer and authority management. The function provides the unified Web Service data operating interface which is the entrance of data center frame. The entrance is used for data inputting and application server. At the same time, the concurrency control, authority control and security certificate are all built-in the access engine.
