Technical Overview
According to the property and current situations of treatment technologies of odor gas, Huali has developed pretreatment-biological oxidation-plasma integrated odor removal technology. In this method, odor gas is absorbed, biologically degraded and oxidized for decomposition by means of a highly-efficient absorbent, special biological bacteria, high performance electrons and a strong-oxidability group so as to realize the objective of odor gas removal.
 
Process Introduction
After obnoxious gas is collected by a negative pressure collector, it first enters into the pre-treatment device from the bottom, reacts with the atomized spraying chemical agent on top by reverse contact, and then decomposes under the action of special domesticated highly-efficient microbe bacteria. The remaining part without removal of obnoxious gas is oxidized and decomposes under the action of plasma so as to realize the purpose of obnoxious gas removal. Meanwhile, one process or the combination of multiple processes can be flexibly selected according to the concentration and type of obnoxious gas so as to adapt to the obnoxious gas treatment demand for different fields.
