System Overview
Medium and Small Rivers’ Hydrological Monitoring System includes flood forecasting and early warning system and hydrological service system. Flood forecasting system’s construction content mainly includes basic data’s acquisition and analysis, forecasting model and method development, flood forecasting scheme’s establishment, flood forecasting system’s software platform development and forecasting special database’s construction, etc. Hydrological service system’s construction content mainly includes rainfall information sharing and transmitting, and information quality monitoring system’s construction, hydrological service system’s software platform development, flood control and drought dedicated special database’s construction, etc.
System Principle

The system has the functions of using rainfall to comprehensive analyze information and simulating the change of hydrological in different rainfall level.
●With relatively perfect real-time water and rainfall regime information, weather information and historical flood data retrieval functions, the system strive to closely combine the graphics technology and data.
●The system can automatically preprocess the real-time hydrological database, and generate the forecast using hydrologic data, and the system has certain data interpolation error correction function.
