Overview
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) denitration technology using catalyst under certain temperature, use NH3 as reductant, catalyze selective NOx in flue gas to water and nitrogen. Consequently, reduce NOx in the flue gas, minimize the impact to environment. Reaction in SCR system is show below:
4NO + 4NH3 + O2 → 4N2 + 6H2O
6NO + 4NH3 → 5N2 + 6H2O
6NO2 + 8NH3 → 7N2 + 12H2O
2NO2 + 4NH3 + O2 → 3N2 + 6H2O
 Technical overview
YX-SCR reactor decorate between boiler economizer and air preheater, flue gas move vertical downwards, this make dust in the gas flow through catalyst directly and prevent the precipitation and corrosion to the catalyst. The advantage is temperature of gas is between (300~500),catalyst have enough activity under the temperature, and do not need to reheat the gas. By the mean time, the dust blower in boiler economizer and air preheater can remove dust in SCR reactor as well.
Technical features
SCR adapted value analog computation and physical modeling methods, according to the density of NOx in different location to adjust the emission of ammonia, bring out the best mix scale of NOx/NH3,, to achieve the low discharge of NOx and ammonia.
Using CAF to numerical simulation the flow distribution, resistance in SCR system, and improve the system.
High efficiency of denitration。(between 80-90%

Long life cycle of catalyst
End product is Nitrogen and water.
