System overview
YX-AQMS air quality monitoring system is corresponded the standard of environmental protection sector GB3095-1996 Ambient Air Quality Standard, HJ / T193-2005 Environmental Air Quality Automatic Monitoring Technical Specifications in the Peoples Republic of China. The monitoring system consists of SO2 analyzer, NOx ( NO2, NO ) analyzer, O3 analyzer, CO analyzer, PM10 analyzer, VOC analyzer, THC analyzer and meteorological multi-parameters monitor, etc. The dynamic calibration system consists of zero air generator and multiple gas calibration instrument.
System Composition and Working Principle
SO2 Monitor
Sulfur dioxide (SO2) monitor using the UV fluorescence method, its principle is that the sulfur dioxide molecules become an excited state sulfur dioxide under UV irradiation. When it gives out light after returning to steady state the light is selectively received and detected by the filter.
NOx (NO, NO2) monitor
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) monitor using chemiluminescence method, utilizing the reaction of nitric oxide and ozone in sample gas to generate the nitrogen dioxide. At the same time, the chemiluminescence intensity and the concentration of nitric oxide has a proportional relationship, so it could continuously measured the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the atmosphere.
CO monitor
Carbon monoxide (CO) monitor using non-dispersive infrared absorption method, which is based on the relationship of characteristic wavelength absorption intensity and concentration of carbon monoxide, which is corresponded with LambertBeer law.
O3 monitor
Ozone (O3) monitor using ultraviolet absorption method. Ozone molecules have characteristic absorption to 254nm wavelength ultraviolet light, and the ozone’s absorption intensity for ultraviolet and the ozone concentration are corresponded with LambertBeer law.
Particulate monitor (PM10, PM2.5, TSP, user optional)
Particulate monitor using beta ray (β-ray) attenuation method to measure the concentration of particles. Its principle is the weakened degree of beta particles across the medium is based on the mass density index function.
THC monitor
THC monitor combined the flame ionization detection method with selective combustion technology, so that single detector method has greatly improved, and it realized the no zero drift continuous monitoring for CH4, NMHC and THC simultaneously.
Multiple gas calibration instrument
Multiple gas calibration instrument has the dilution system and a variety of gas standard source, dynamic configuration of different concentration standard gas source, realizing the various gas analyzer single-point or multi-point calibration; receiving control instruction to automatic zero / span ( single-point or multipoint ) calibration, and can also manually calibrate.
Zero air generator
Zero air generator is a multiple gas calibration instrument, it can provide zero air design, the system contains a compressed air source of frame installation and a range of optional eliminating device, it can produce both clean and dry "zero air" which is necessary for dilution device.
