Technical Introduction
Electrostatic dust remover, as the main equipment for dust trapping & recovery and air purification featuring high efficiency, low resistance, high flue gas processing capacity and high heat-withstanding temperature, has been widely applied in nonferrous metal, metallurgy, electric power, building materials, petroleum, chemical and other fields. Huali Science & Technology, on the basis of digesting and absorbing the advanced electrostatic dedusting technologies domestically and overseas, developed a highly-efficient, stable electrostatic dust-removal technology.
 
Process Introduction
When flue gas containing dust particles passes the high-voltage field formed between the DC cathode wire (also known as corona electrode) and the earthing anode plate, the gas is ionized due to cathode corona discharge; the dust with the charge moves towards the anode under the action of the field force, and discharges the electrons carried after reaching the anode; the dust settled on the anode plate and then vibrates to fall into the dust hopper, thus to the purified flue gas is discharged outside the dust remover.
 
Process Features
● Adopt a completely independent steel structure, and a roof type large incubator structure for the top, convenient for overhaul, low air leakage rate.
● Ensure certain length to height ratio, enhances dust residence time in the field, effectively overcomes "secondary dust flying" and improves dust removal efficiency.
● Adopt C type plate for the anode, new-type BS Muntz line for the cathode, avoids dead areas in the field and restrains the anti-corona phenomenon.
● Adopt proper width spacing to improve the uniformity of operating voltage and field intensity layout, and effectively prevents the occurrence of the anti-corona phenomenon.
● Make sure of the uniform distribution of the airflow of the dust remover, adds guide vanes and multi-layer perforated plates in the inlet speaker, adopts computer simulation tests and determines the optimal combination type of air flow layout; sets double-layer trough plates in the outlet speaker to distribute air flow and collect dust.
● Set an inclination angle for the dust hopper, provides a dust hopper vibration device to prevent the dust hopper from being blocked and guarantees timely and effective dust removal.
● Adopst a top electromagnetic vibrator for outside dust, selects enhanced type vibrator to ensure long-term, reliable operation of the electric dust remover.
● Adopt a new-type microcomputer to control high and low voltage power, realizes computer control and operation, connects with the factorys DCS system, thus greatly improving the power supply level and reliability of the electric dust remover.
