Working Principle
Within the acetate buffering medium of pH4.1, the fluorine ions in the sample solution react with fluoride reagent and lanthanum nitrate to generate a blue complex. And the color intensity is proportional to the fluorine ion concentration. The analyzer detects its absorbance at the wavelength of 620nm, and then getting the fluoride ion concentration in the sample solution through conversion.
