System overview

By adopting advanced computer applications technologies such as sensor network technology, automatic control, wireless communication, geographic information system (GIS), database and network engineering, etc. the YX-IEMS Industrial Exhaust Fugitive Emission Monitoring and Early Warning System could real-time monitor the waste gas in the Industrial Park and could realize the digital management of gas monitoring information during the whole process, such as acquisition, transmission, analysis, treatment, output, and sharing. In addition to meet the requirements of gas safety monitoring, the system also has the early warning function, thus it could form a complete system of monitoring, controlling and early warning. Promoting environmental protection business management modernization by informatization, the system could improve the gas safety monitoring and the accident emergency handling capability of Industrial Park. The system is suitable for the environmental safety, petrochemical, iron and steel smelting and other industries and sectors, and it also could realize real-time online monitoring for the industrial area, large venues, ports and other various complex environments.

System Features

●The system with a number of high efficient and sensitive gas sensor, could accurate and real-time monitor the poisonous, harmful, flammable and explosive gas fugitive emission in the Industrial Park, and it could warn and alarm the concentration of on-site gas;
●Showing the sensor type and the situation of real-time concentration and distribution on GIS map, the number of sensors can be configured;
●It can also be linked with the video monitoring, and if combined parameters alarming with video monitoring it could start the corresponding level‘s emergency plan;
●It could realize the record storage of concentration monitoring, so people could query and manage the historical data;
●It could automatically generate one or more monitoring data of daily and monthly reports;
●Monitoring data of each device in the system is compatible with a variety of instruments and communication protocol, and can add unlimited instrument protocol;
●Real-time collecting the wind direction, wind speed, temperature, humidity, pressure and other environmental parameters, and then transmitting them to emergency command decision platform, which supports command center to decide and analysis.
