Product Introduction
The YX-TP Automatic Online Total Phosphorus Water Quality Analyzer using a high-precision colorimetric measurement method, and no pretreatment of samples is needed. The equipment provides accurate and reliable measurement results and it also requires low maintenance.
Working Principle
Under neutral conditions, all the phosphorus oxidized into orthosphorus by using potassium persulfate. In acid medium, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate, and generates molybdophosphate under the existence of antimony-salt, which can deoxidized ascorbic acid to a blue complex. Then through photoelectric colorimetric method, it converts the absorbance of light intensity by the colorful compounds produced into the concentration of total phosphorus in the sample.
