Technology Overview
Wet desulphurization systems occupy more than 85% of the world’s large desulphurization system at present, but they have problems such as expensive one-time investment, higher equipment operating cost, large water consumption. The circulating fluidized bed desulfurization process has obtained very good application in small-sized and medium-sized system at home because of its advantages such as mature technology, less investment, safe and reliable operation, less floor space.
Overview
After passing the pre-separator, the flue gas (for which the general temperature is 120 - 180) from the boiler air pre-heater enters the absorb tower via its bottom.(when the desulfurized slag and pulverized fuel ash are required to be treated separately, the flue gas. firstly pass the first-stage dust remover, otherwise the flue gas can directly enters the desulfurizer ) there is a Venturi flow measuring element in the bottom of tower, where the flue gas is accelerated while passing it. The absorbent is injected into the bottom of absorb tower by a jetting device and the recycling desulfurized ash is transferred into the absorb tower at the other side of the bottom. The absorbent and recycling desulfurized ash suspend after impacted by the accelerated fuel gas, form a fluidized bed, and fully mix with the fuel gas to complete the de-sulfurization reaction.
