YX-BWSG Bubble- type Water Level Gauge is an intelligent water level gauge with high accuracy, high stability, etc. As the optimal water level monitor, it can automatically monitor the water level under the inferior environment without well construction and attended operation. It is widely used in the area where is not convenient to construct well or the fee of well construction is very expensive such as hydrology and water conservancy, water power surge tank, dam, head waters or downstream of dam, piezometer tube of dam, underground water, drinking water plant, sewage treatment plant ,etc.

Working Principle

The working principle of the YX-BWSG Bubble- type Water Level Gauge is let the normal air through the air filter to filter, and then pressurized by the air pump, which makes the air through the one-way valve and gas chamber, then it is divided into two routes respectively transmit to pressure sensor and fixed underwater measuring trachea. Based on the basic principle of the pressure is equal in a sealed gas container at various points. If the gas water boundary is just in the nozzle, the gas does not flow or basic non-flow (only bubble), then the under water trachea nozzle’s pressure, the point’s static pressure, and the trachea’s inside pressure are equal. Then the pressure sensor can directly sense the static pressure of the air vent under the measuring trachea, so that it can calculate the value of the water level according to the formula P=pgh.
