System Overview

This system incorporates various environmental management businesses which are effectively integrated and formalized. It establishes a universal data platform to incorporate the environmental protection bureau’s related businesses which includes total amount control of pollutant, radioactive source data management, hazardous waste management, comprehensive management of urban vehicle exhaust, etc. It could greatly improve the mode of management, streamline and formalize the procedure for examination and approval and boost the automatic construction of government office.

System Functions

The Environmental Business Management System comprises total pollutants control and management, radioactive source management system, hazardous waste management system, comprehensive management of urban vehicle exhaust, environment database management and environmental data comprehensive analysis system, etc.

The total pollutant control and management system: it collects, inquires, summarizes and analyzes various environment data information related to water and atmosphere within the area, including surface water environmental monitoring data, air quality monitoring data, environmental quality standards, relevant environmental legislations, information on automatic monitoring station sites and enterprise pollution sources.

Radioactive source data management system: it carries out systematic and scientific management of radioactive sources data and archives, so that it could improve the radioactive source management level.

Hazardous waste management system: by means of establishing electronic transfer manifest system and basic databases to improve the efficiency of regional waste inspection, management, treatment and disposal as well as the recycling rate of waste and also to improve the management capacity of environmental department over the hazardous wastes.

Comprehensive management system for urban vehicle exhaust: by means of summarization, inquiry and analysis, it forms charts of the urban vehicle exhaust emission during a certain period of time and then submits the charts to the environment management and governmental administrative departments to serve as the basis of managing, policy studying and policy making.

Environment database management and environmental data comprehensive analysis system: it uses the data warehouse to create an open architecture, which can be easily integrated into the current system. It could analyze the existing data to provide better support for decision.
