YX-OFMS-ⅠOil Fume Online Monitoring System mainly includes: front monitoring equipment, reverse control modules of data communication and acousto-optic alarms, and the platform of the monitoring center.

System Principal

Front Monitoring Equipment

It monitors the switch status and cleaning status of the oil fume purifier. When the shut-down time of the purification equipment exceeds the limited time, it will trigger the alarm, and it also monitors the oil fume exhaust. Monitoring the concentration of the emitted gas from the oil fume purification equipment through the latest gas sensor of oil fumes, and it will trigger a system alarm when the emitted gas is out of standard.

Reverse control modules of data communication and acousto-optic

By adopting intelligent design, the inbuilt radio transmission terminal analyzes data and transmits data on the switching status and data in real-time concentration of the oil fumes. For units whose emission of oil fume exhaust is out of standard, the alarm system will send automatic acousto-optic alarms to remind the units which have emitted the pollutant to start up the purification equipment.

Platform of the monitoring center

By adopting the B/S mode to develop and with a Windows style interface, it is simple and convenient to operate. It shows the real-time switching and cleaning status of purifiers of catering enterprises, the switching status of fans, the GPRS status and linkage ratio, and it also demonstrates with different pictures which are very intuitive. In addition, it also displays enterprise names, enterprise codes, enterprise addresses and monitoring times. When there is abnormal equipment operation or if the emission of oil fumes is out of standard, it can prompt on the computer of the monitoring center, and send the alarm message to the relevant responsible person on the mobile phone.
