Emergency data maintenance and management

It maintains and manages the database contents within the system, including addition, deletion and modification to the dangerous source, dangerous article, emergency handling, emergency response plan, emergency personnel, emergency resources and more, maintenance of pollution accident handling log, details and SMS records as well as supervisory car records.

Real-time response to pollution incidents

The system makes immediate response to incidents by visually showing the location and details of incidents on the map, and automatically informs the related responsible person via SMS.

Aided decision-making for pollution incidents

It promptly extracts the related information according the types of pollution incidents, including the emergency plan, characteristic information of dangerous article and method of disposal. It analyzes the possible polluted area via GIS system and displays it on the map.

Pollution incident emergency commanding

Through the systems plug-in facilities like SMS, EMAIL, GPS supervisory car, the emergency command team commands the on-site duty team to deal with incidents, while expressing the duty team information to the commanding centre in the form of maps, charts, curves, etc.

Incident case study

It records all incidents into the database and saves such information as disposal process, resources mobilized, results of disposal, etc. to analyze the special character and common character of the incidents with the help of the intelligent case-based reasoning capability.

Incident playback

Based upon the disposal information and feedback information during the incident handling, it simulates and demonstrates the development track and handling details of the whole incident.
